Important Terms & Conditions

  • Enrollment in the SRD Jewels Plan by a client would signify placement of an order for jewellery by client.
  • This is a jewellery purchase Plan.
  • Gold coins and silver coins cannot be bought under this Plan.
  • No discount will be provided in case of premature closure of the Plan.
  • All the 10 month installments can be made by depositing post-dated cheques in advance to the showroom manager. Please note that ensuring a timely cheque clearance would be the member’s responsibility. The member would not be reminded about the date of the cheques or any such kind of specific information.
  • The member has to pay the monthly installment amount by cash/cheque/P.O/D.D/by the 5th of every month. Outstation core banking cheques with facility of same day clearing will be accepted. Installments/advances must be paid within the due date.
  • The installment shall be from a single person/account every month. The member should process the Plan.
  • We expect that every member verifies the authenticity/feasibility of their cheques/D.D/P.O completely. In case of non-clearance, only the member will be responsible and either Rs.200/-or the current bank charge, whichever is more, would be charged from the member for non clearance. If the cheque/D.D/P.O is rejected by the bank till the 5th day of the month, it will be considered a default.
  • At the time of joining the Plan , you will be supplied with a Plan book which you are required to keep under safe custody.
  • If the Plan book is lost, the customer can get new one by paying an amount of Rs 200/-.
  • It is not possible to increase the amount of installment during the Plan. However, if any member wishes to open a new account with a higher amount of installment, he/she can do so and avail the benefit of the Plan.
  • In case of nominee, You need to submit the detailer information of the nominee/heir including photo identity proof along with a written application to the showroom manager. If the nominee/heir is a minor, i.e. below 18 year of age, detailed information of the nominee as well as the guardian has to be submitted with a photo identity proof.
  • If the member, due to unavoidable situations, cannot continue with the Plan, the nominee/heir can avail all the benefit of the Plan on the maturity of the Plan. if the nominee/heir does not want to continue with Plan, then he/she can purchase Diamond jewellery of the saved amount with proportionate additional benefits.
  • Please check that all payments made are correctly entered in the Plan book. You are requested to kindly update your Plan book on a regular basis by visiting the Showroom. Any discrepancy should be immediately brought to the notice of the Showroom manager.
  • All clients are advised to read and comply with the security information & the detailed terms and conditions in the Plan Brochure.
  • All customers should intimate any change in their Address, mobile number.
